Dhanak is an upcoming movie from the genius film maker Nagesh Kukunoor. With this film Nagesh returns to his ‘Dor’ backdrop of Rajasthan. The coming of age story is around two kids who are fans of the King Khan. With SRKs film FAN releasing next week, this trailer might introduce you to true fans.
The film premiered at the 65th Berlin International Film Festival where it competed in the Generation KPlus section and won the Crystal Bear Grand Prix for Best Children’s Film. It is the second film in a row from India to win the award after Avinash Arun’s Killa won it in 2014. The movie stars Hetal Gadda and Krrish Chhabria as the two children, playing brother and sister, in the leading roles, with supporting performances from Vipin Sharma, Vibha Chibber, and Vijay Maurya. The film is set to release nationwide in India on June 10th 2016.
