The Award season is on and Hollywood celebrated it on the 10th of Jan with the announcement of the 73rd annual Golden Globe Awards. The event took place at Baverly Hills Hilton. The Golden Globes are given by HFPA, the Hollywood foreign Press Association’s charitable Trust (the HFPA Trust) was established to provide financial support for educational and cultural non-profit organizations whose primary focus is the entertainment industry. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s annual Golden Globe Awards have enabled the non-profit organization to donate more than $15 million in the past nineteen years to entertainment-related charities, as well as funding scholarships and other programs for future film and television professionals.
