What’s Good ?
— Ronit Roy : He is such a charmer. Stands out of the bunch and delivers one good performance after another.
— Songs. Surely a treat both to ear and eyes. Quite enjoyable.
What’s Bad ?
— Length of the movie. A bit too dragged, especially the first half.
— Predictability. Too simple and no thrill attached to the movie.
Overall, “Lucknow Central” lacks suspense, thrill and excitement. A story wherein you want good to happen with the main leads, everything ends in a predictable way.
Especially when a story is inspired by true events, then its key moments need to have a punch. Something we experienced with Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, Dhoni and many others.
‘Lucknow Central’ is week and avoidable, even Farhan Akhtar’s charm and strong actors like Ronit Roy or Deepak Dobriyal could not save a week storytelling.
