Another small town story that seems to raise the issue of a young widows. The trailer begins with the people talking about the demise of a man and the concern about his young widow Sandhya (Sanya Malhotra). However on the other hand it seems like Sandhya is unaffected as she was unattached to the husband probably due to an arranged marriage.
Despite the grim premise the take is campy and comic. It is good to see the unspoken evils of the society coming to the foray and bringing out the positive promise of life that goes on.
Although Sandhya will definitely face opposition from her in laws as well her own family in living a full life post her husband’s demise but it will be interesting to watch how she does? Who supports her in this journey?
The film also marks the debut of Arijit Singh as a music director we are looking forward to hearing the album and find out how he turns out in this new role.
